After years of offering this financial industry its first professional online course, we have decided to turn off our site.  After pioneering many techniques and strategies in many states to become more effective than costly, time consuming seminars, we find that many copycats and regulators have decided to take our experience as their own.

It pleases us to hear from so many who found our programs in several states to be efective and user friendly.  It has been personnally rewarding to see how much this package of training materials may have positively affected this level of financial compliance.

As order takers ourselves, we found that it is a difficult market to compete in as Real Estate regulators attempt to weed out independent mortgage brokerages.

Although not intimidated, we feel it is not a goal of ours to try to focus regulation toward its real power of offering guidance to those seeking a career in assisting home buyers with applications to find financing.  

We may take on root training to refocus lenders to responsible funding based upon those tenents of lending

ability to return those loans in full instead of foreclosure.  

In 1993, The Congress created a financial tsunami felt round the world based upon naive and faulty Presidential direction.  Maybe they'll get it right in the future.
